2023 CHILD-BRIGHT Conference

Safety Precautions

To reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission to our more vulnerable members, please take note of the following onsite masking requirements during our event.

Masking will be mandatory:

  • In the main auditorium
  • In the brainstorming session breakout rooms
  • When approaching and serving yourself at the food serving area.

Masking will be encouraged, but not mandatory:

  • In the reception and gallery area
  • For audience members during the poster session

Masking will not be required:

  • Onstage, for presenters
  • For poster presenters in the gallery.

Socially-distanced dining areas will be available in Event Rooms 1 and 2 on the 2nd floor for those who wish to remain distanced during health breaks or meals. Combined, these rooms will accommodate a maximum of 32 people, on a first-come basis.

If you are a registered in-person attendee but are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you kindly refrain from attending the conference and contact us; we will gladly convert your in-person registration to a virtual registration.

We thank you for helping to keep our members, including youth with disabilities, comfortable and safe during the 2023 CHILD-BRIGHT Conference!
